• There are two front door entrances- use the door to the right, 186 N. Main is printed on the door
• Parking is free in the marked lot to the side or behind the blue building. If lot is full you may have to park at Planet Fitness/Dogtopia's lot
• My private office is in a renovated duplex home turned business complex. Five steps will take you to the shared front large porch and the lower level business is ComForCare (homecare services). Another 13 steps will bring you to my office, room #3, and that's where the relaxation happens
• Feel at ease to use the restroom on the main floor- directly in the back, beyond the ComForCare offices & kitchen 
• There are no elevators
• If there is a train, no worries! Be sure to take the tracks easy, they are extremely bumpy

 

 

 

 

Are you new? There will be health history paperwork to fill out prior to our session. You may fill it out and bring and/or email to Mandi, or, a simpler form is available in-office. Due to no call / no shows, all new clients are require to pre-pay, no exceptions. 


Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please contact me as soon as possible- it is greatly appreciated!  Email, text, and phone calls are all appropriate ways to contact me. 

You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your treatment without penalty. For changes or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $25 forfeiture fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within one hour or less, you will be charged in full. Treatment time is not extended for late arrivals. If you have a gift certificate and do not provide a 24-hour cancellation notice your voucher will be marked as used.
